Standard Shipping
A residential or business address is required for delivery. Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from our facility in Wellsville, NY. Shipping speed depends on the the rate you choose at checkout. Please see the map below for average UPS Ground speeds.

Northern Lights Holiday Closures
The Northern Lights office and shipping department will be closed on the following dates in observance of the holiday. Orders or inquiries submitted on the dates below will be processed the next open business day.
New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day.

At Northern Lights, returns are easy! All Northern Lights products carry a 100% money back guarantee. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, just call us at 888.442.1932 and we will issue a return. It’s that simple! We will process your return or exchange as soon as we receive your shipment.
