Before every burn, trim your wick to ¼” with a wick trimmer. A trimmed wick supports a cleaner and longer burn. Northern Lights wick trimmers are designed to trim without needing to measure, but if you don't have one handy, you can use a pair of small scissors. Wick trimmers available here. |

SAFETY TIPS:
Do not extinguish candles with water.
Avoid burning candles, especially tapers, in drafty areas.
Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
Keep wax pools free of debris. This includes wick trimmings, dust and matches.
Burn candles within sight and away from items that can catch fire. Containers are hot when lit. Wait until molten wax has fully cooled before handling. To avoid breakage, discontinue burning a candle when 1/2in of unmelted wax remains in the bottom. Always burn candles on protected, heat-resistant surfaces.
Follow additional warnings that accompany each candle's purchase.
