    Northern Lights Enterprises, Inc. a ZIPPO Company, is currently seeking qualified applicants for a full-time, hourly, employment opportunity as an
    HR Coordinator-
    responsible for supporting all aspects of Human Resource activities throughout the Company such as: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.


    Primary Duties Include:

    • Works closely with HR management to administer HR functions
    • Works closely with Benefits Manager to administer benefits to employees
    • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all Company personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual
    • Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems
    • Provides administrative support for benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees
    • Serves as the onsite lead for the Time and Attendance (T&A) program, including disciplinary documentation
    • Acts as “Agent of Positive Change” and “Morale Champion”
    • Acts as a balancing source of communication between employees and management
    • Plans and organizes effective communication of all Human Resource policies to employees
    • Assists with processing of new hires and terminations
    • Assists with recruitment process by sourcing candidates, posting job ads online and in publications, provide Company information and job opportunities to potential candidates, and identify qualified candidates to submit to hiring managers for placement in open position
    • Posts all jobs internally and on
    • Acts as liaison between hiring managers, HR Manager, and candidates
    • Assists with interview process by scheduling interviews and applicable travel arrangements
    • Tracks all resume submissions and conducted interviews per position
    • Assists with onboarding by scheduling and conducting new hire orientations
    • Prepares new hire internal postings, promotions, and internal job bid winners and track all internal transfers
    • Prepares and send out rejection letters
    • Maintains organization chart
    • Coordinates with employment agencies and recruitment firms for temporary hires
    • Maintains accuracy and confidentiality of personnel files and information
    • Performs related duties or special assignments as directed


    The Successful Candidate should have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
    • 2+ years supporting HR initiatives or related business experience
    • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
    • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite
