    Northern Lights Enterprises, Inc. a ZIPPO Company, is currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time, salaried-exempt, and hybrid remote employment opportunity as a Creative Services & Marketing Manager- responsible for managing the Creative Services and Marketing staff in the development of visual design solutions that drive brand and business directives, developing strategies for engaging and effective product launches that align with the other Product Development managers, presenting proposals, and overseeing creation of brand collateral for company and community events, trade shows, and digital platforms.


    What you’ll do:



    • Critique and provide direction to internal and contracted copywriters, photographers and graphic designers in the design of original, artistic and campaign-based content for use across physical and digital media
    • Establish guidelines to ensure visual continuity of the brand across platforms
    • Create fresh and innovative marketing content that enhances the stand-out product designs NL is known in the market for
    • Strategize and present to Sales effective and visually appealing solutions for selling tools
    • Other duties as assigned



    • Work alongside Legal and IT to ensure content being published is compliant
    • Work with Sales, and IT In the tracking, publishing, and continuity of product information across internal and external platforms.
    • Develop engaging and on-brand selling features and copy for upcoming launches with product information provided by the 2D and 3D teams and marketing insight.
    • Other duties as assigned



    • Manage communication with marketing consultants to retrieve campaign, traffic and demographic analytics to leverage content creation to grow the brand and ECommerce sales.
    • Research and report on competitor’s visual communication strategies and market trends
    • Assign each campaign among Graphic Designers and Marketing staff using project management software to ensure project details and timelines are met
    • Establish project scope and priority of assigned tasks/projects
    • Develop print vendor relationships and oversee production and quality of print materials
    • Manage and negotiate project costs to ensure budget parameters are met
    • Manage the organization and fulfillment of photography requests for the Sample image database, ARC and D365
    • Grow a team of creatives and perpetuate an environment of artistic growth within a collaborative environment
    • Other duties as assigned


    What you’ll need:

    • BA/BFA or equivalent experience required; 5+ Years’ Experience in Art Direction, Graphic Design, or related field
    • Management experience required
    • Excellent computer skills using email, Microsoft Office, project management software and virtual communication platforms
    • Competency in Adobe CC Suite
    • Photography and Photo Staging skills required
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and proofreading
    • Must have high color sensitivity
    • Must be creative, detail oriented, and highly organized with a problem solver mindset
    • Must be a tenacious question asker who does not wait for information
    • Professional, career oriented and self-motivated
    • Experience in the print production process
    • Willingness to attend company functions and events as needed including occasional weekends & travel opportunities
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating knowledge of composition, layout, typography, and branding
